New borders:
Former narrow gauge industrial line – Angern an der March 🇦🇹 – Záhorská Ves 🇸🇰
Borders already crossed:
Marchegg 🇦🇹 – Devínska Nová Ves 🇸🇰
Rusovce 🇸🇰 – Rajka 🇭🇺
Today there is only a ferry from Austria to Slovakia at Angern an der March – Záhorská Ves, but there used to be a railway. I will check that out, and then cycle to Bratislava, passing the Marchegg – Devínska Nová Ves line that should be open again by the time I am there. And then it is onwards east towards Romania on a night train.
