Today’s live text updates

RE: mastodon.online/@Pepijn/117262

I'd like to kindly point out:
1) I did not have my drone with me on
2) It was another train, not me, who pulled down the power lines at Boden 😄

As I’ve been asked about it a few times, YES there will be a video on YouTube about

Rick Minnich was filming the whole thing

But getting the huge files to the channel’s editor has been tricky while travelling

All being well it’ll be out Friday

No rest here. Off goes Rick to Faro, and I’m changing in Tunes and trying to get to Pocinho today. The 24h delay to makes my the next few days quite complicated!

I admit when in Haparanda I doubted I would get here. But once I started to get going, this worked out quite well. Analysis and photos to follow, for now I am going to get a beer in Lagos somewhere! 😄

The record for is

125 hours 31 mins

One of Europe’s great night trains – Beograd to Bar. And if I am lucky I will even have a bed in the Tito era sleeping car.
